Routine is a randomized, non-linear, first person survival horror game. It’s set on an abandoned Moon Base, in “an 80’s vision of the future,” called the “Lunar Research Station”. Go into the dark depths of the base to uncover the truth. Survive as long as you can to collect enough data to reveal the strange disappearance of the crew.
The game features a roguelike system for random generation of hazards, AI locations and items; with only one life. The game has no hud, or scoring systems. It also has multiple endings that are based on your actions.Permadeath will occur upon failure. You’re equipped with a weapon called “CAT” (“Cosmonaut Assistance Tool”) that can be upgraded with floppy disks, which directly affect how the weapon reacts.

Oh my goodness! XD Do you do a lot of training (to get to level 100, or EV training, etc), or a lot of exploring, or…? 8U I think the most I’ve ever put into a pokemon game…is about 101 hours for Blue - collecting ‘em all, and I think around 75 for Platinum. XDD (After pokemon my second most played game is Skyrim at 94 hours)
BUT YEAH I’m really hoping the same. I’m thinking it might be okay because it is a completely different game, whereas B/W versus B/W2 are pretty much the same game, executed in the same manner, and really not enough differences in the end to make it worth the effort (imho) o3o
I KNOW RIGHT. I pretty much had the same reaction because it starts off so high, but then it…it just gets legit really good!! XDDD
So after playing some hours of the game, then ignoring it for many months, I started to pick up Pokemon Black 2 again.

In an AU, it turns out that one of the movie theaters in Ahveph does still work, but the only movie it has a complete print of is James Cameron’s Avatar. After discovering this Tower subsequently becomes obsessed to the point of ‘cosplaying’ as a Na’vi by making himself blue with white freckles and re-inacting parts of the movie (starring himself as Neytiri). As this is the only movie available to them in full glory the other sions start to overanalyze each detail in the movie and how it applies to their lives. One of them writes a book where Nostradamus -> Humans as James Cameron’s Avatar -> Sions. Hungry for more information they delve into the rest of his filmography, but are only able to locate partial prints of Titanic.

Alright, so I’ve stewed over these games for a while and I think I’m finally ready to talk about them!
I’ll try to keep these…with very few/minor spoilers if at all.

He is a gentleman after all and needs him some fancy coats. 8] I don’t know that there’s too much more I could do with it, but maaaybe I can try to finish off the one hand and give him a little bit of color??

I’m finally getting to the very end of this sketchbook. This current one took way longer to fill up than they usually do because I started drawing on the computer so much more this past year XDDD;;;
I really hate the end of the sketchbook. I never want to just start the new one (or just draw a bunch of crap) because that would be wasting paper, but I don’t want to draw something too intense because the chance that I won’t look at it again for a really long time is pretty high and I would feel bad for that art (if that makes any sense….XDD;;;; ) I have 5 pages left, so here’s to getting through it fast!
In other news, here is a thing!
Here are some Imirgothin faces! Trying to nail down their facial differentiations. Nomil belongs to Monster, the poor ugly baby.
Also featured here is a young Moixa, who was very conventionally attractive before his illness.
Some notes on appearances:
Certain facial structures, colors, markings etc. imply better breeding and are seen as attractive in Imirgothin society. High-born bloodlines can be identified by some of the following characteristics:
- brighter skin/vibrant coloration
- markings of some sort, usually lighter than their base color—the more intricate, the better (old families carry distinct markings that are easily recognized, ex. Ruques often have some kind of stripe pattern)
- bright headspikes (multi-colored headspines are rare, but possible)
- an angular nose ridge (as seen on Moixa)
These traits can absolutely appear without a noble background, but it’s considered an anomaly.
It’s also possible to alter appearances with tattooing, polish for the headspikes, etc. but this is widely frowned upon. You’re assumed to be attempting to fool others into thinking you’re of a different status/background.
Notes on name phonetics:
- Certain consonants, such as L, M, N, and S/Z, are common in traditional Imirgothin names.
- Names with K/Q/X are a status symbol. The hard K sound is considered a flourish.
- Names with Q/X are considered particularly modern, and would have evolved from older iterations with Ks instead. The altered spelling is a byproduct of contact with humans (who also affected the pronunciation of some names over time).
Oh maaaan I love imirgothin! 8DDDD I always thought they were really neat and I AM SO HAPPY to see some infomeats on these guys! Like, I knew Moixa was considered beautiful but now I can see he is considered BEAUTIFUL WITH CLASS =|8D You should totally do more notes in general, like on their society and stuff (before and after humans maybe??)
